Masako Bando is a Japanese photographer and visual artist born in 1986 and currently based in Osaka. Her creative practice is characterized by a deep exploration of conceptual and documentary photography, presented through a series of significant solo exhibitions including “sublimate,” “Tsukiyomi,” and “The crossbreeding.” Notably, Masako Bando has received recognition for her work “Nari” at the Nikon Salon and was awarded the Art Scholarship Memorial Prize at the 57th Kanagawa Art Exhibition in 2022.
