Ines Ayer: Humanist Designer and Creative Manager
Ines Ayer is a highly accomplished humanist designer and creative manager currently based in New York. Recognized by Forbes in their prestigious 30 Under 30 list for 2024, she utilizes a holistic 360-degree approach to solve complex problems through visual identity, concept development, and community engagement. Originally from So Miguel Island in the Azores, Portugal, she has built an international career that spans several continents and prestigious design firms. Currently, Ins Ayer serves as a Creative Manager at Google DeepMind, having previously held senior design positions at renowned agencies such as Pentagram, AKQA, and Instrument. In 2019, she founded Studio Ayer, an independent design practice that has collaborated on over 80 projects across 12 countries in its first three years.
