Fred Bendheim is a prominent contemporary artist currently based in Brooklyn, New York, where he has maintained a studio in Prospect Heights since 1983. Originally from Arizona, Fred Bendheim began his journey in the arts by apprenticing with the painter Philip Curtis and later pursued formal education at the University of California, Davis, and Pomona College.
