Daniela Muntyan, Product Designer
Hi, I’m Daniela Muntyan, a Product Designer based in London, originally from Ukraine. I design tools. Mostly for people who design, build, and think for a living. My work lives at the intersection of product design, systems thinking, and engineering curiosity. I’m especially drawn to Mac and iOS apps, design systems, interaction patterns, and the invisible details that make software feel calm and precise. I care a lot about structure, naming, consistency, and the feeling you get when something just makes sense. I’ve led and shaped features across styling systems, presentation modes, cross-platform components, onboarding flows, and complex setup experiences. I enjoy working end-to-end: from messy early concepts to polished UI, from speculative prototypes to production-ready specs. I’m comfortable close to code and love collaborating with engineers to refine interactions rather than just “handing off designs.” Outside of my main role, I build small tools and experiments. It keeps me honest. It reminds me how hard shipping is. And it helps me design with more empathy. I’m interested in thoughtful software, design craft in the age of AI, and building products that make people feel more capable.
