Crystn Hunt Akron, also known as Christine Hinterkörner, is an Austrian interdisciplinary artist based in Linz who operates at the vibrant intersection of music, performance art, and environmental activism. A graduate of the Anton Bruckner Private University in Jazz, Popvocals, and Music and Media Technology, Crystn Hunt Akron has built a reputation for pushing the boundaries of sound and visual art. One of her most notable endeavors is Plasticphonia, a sound art project that addresses global plastic pollution by transforming waste collected from oceans and rivers into danceable electronic tracks.
