COVL Multidisciplinary Artist and Contemporary Visual Storyteller

COVL is a Puerto Rican multidisciplinary artist and storyteller who has been a prominent figure in the creative industry for over ten years. Originally from Miami and currently based in New York, COVL brings an energetic and honest perspective to her work, blending her vibrant cultural identity with raw technical skill. Her professional journey is marked by high-profile collaborations with major brands such as Nike, Netflix, Ulta Beauty, the NBA, Adobe, and Crown Royal. One of her most celebrated public contributions is her work with hand-painted, refurbished basketball courts, including projects for Crown Royal in Miami and Nike NYC at Orchard Beach in the Bronx, which serve as tributes to the local communities and her own upbringing. In addition to her public art and brand work, COVL is a contemporary painter whose first solo multi-city art show, HOMESICK, debuted in Brooklyn and Miami in 2023. The show explored the nuances of healing and mental health—specifically her journey with Bipolar 2—through a kitschy and colorful lens, urging viewers to reflect on their own stories of resilience.
